Here is what will happen as you do …

D Below you will provide mandatory info that will establish you in the NeferHealth clinic database.

D You will also be asked three questions that will give us an inkling as to your health background and what you would like to achieve or change.

D A nominal financial contribution ($7.00) applies to support COVID19 project costs. You will be asked to pay this online by credit card.

The online credit card service is Stripe, a leading international online payment service with approved PCI standards.

NeferHealth does not hold your credit card details, these are held by Stripe.

D On the Registration page you will be asked to agree to Terms and Conditions and, when you do, your registration will be complete. You will receive an emailed receipt for the fee paid.

D You will also receive a welcome email from NeferHealth which will provide you with a user name and a link. Clicking on the link takes you to a page where you create your own password for your NeferHealth personal portal. Make sure you keep the password secure.

D You then switch automatically to your personal portal where you will be asked to complete various consents and also to fill in more complete details of your objectives and your history.
