NEFERHEALTH is an online community focused on great health outcomes where the practitioner and the client are a team.

Teamwork in healthcare requires a more open collaboration that engages the client and other practitioners in helping to achieve the agreed goals.

NEFERHEALTH  is  supportive of practitioner-centric measures that show a practitioner satisfaction with their work as a provider.

We as a community want to prepare for a future of data-driven decisions for a better healthcare system

NEFERHEALTH invites all types of healthcare and medical practitioners to join.  A client may then look for the like-minded team to link with; all to form a respectful and trusting relationship for the health journey ahead. NEFERHEALTH community welcomes practitioners from medical (GPs and specialists) with allied healthcare  and alternative practitioners and other related healthcare service providers.

All types of helpers/carers can send their credntials and be seen on NEFERHEALTH " MEET THE TEAM".

HOW DO I REGISTER AND WHAT IS THE ARRANGEMENT WITH NEFERHEALTH?

Just follow the links and fill in the forms as a flow for your free registration. When you register as a provider on NEFERHEALTH community you are asked for some formal certifications and will be sent a form as to T&C and financial arrangements for you to confirm your registration as a provider. Then you can agree and complete details as to the services you would like to provide and the fees to be charged; nominating whether in clinic or Telehealth online ( no charge for Telehealth as a NEFERHEALTH Community provider). The fees are collected online with each booking. Admin fees are kept to a minimum and scaled when more attendances at peer discussions online and when the number of bookings are higher.

On MEET THE TEAM, a practitioner is able to speak to their target market of clients and suggest your areas of experience and interest. 

This is to show what  the areas are where you would like the community to make appointments with you.

What would like to help with in a  team approach or any health problem or situation with which you would like to work,

You, in your  discipline and experience, bring a wealth of knowledge for the needs of  this community.

Often NEFEREHEALTH clients have complex multi-factorial conditions that they have been managing for years in many ways.

And now in the NEFERHEALTH community they are looking for a more co-operative  or a preferred teamwork approach.

We ask clients of NEFEREHEALTH to be more active in their self-activity, planning and express their personal preferences. This active involvement is monitored in NEFERHEALTH; included as part of the team approach. Visually meaningful dashboards of validated questionnaires

NEFERHEALTH clients will want a shared care plan online that they can refer to and we can as a team will measure and track progress.

The clients share their folder of health history and the providers or professional team will load questionnaires and advice files for them.

NEFERHEALTH clients want to actively contribute via the online access ( use their remote devices - a smart phone or PC/Mac).

With your passion for your professional discipline we as a community want to know your opinion. The community of NEFERHEALTH health professionals share ideas in periodic online forums. Talk with your peers and help them with some of the problems they seek to resolve. 

Clients may request a shared medical appointment online to really benefit from several opinions in that session; approach discussed prior. 

You may encourage your own patients to register themselves on the NEFERHEALTH community.

You as a practitioenr/provider can of course stay working with the clinic you are currently involved and take bookings from NEFERHEALTH.

NEFERHEALTH provides for the client/patients  that are ready, willing and able to be active participants in their own health journey. They enjoy the benefits of self-activation through health awareness in this community and actively participate in the shared care plan online.

NEFERHEALTH client/patients can upload files/images and journal/write about their progress online. These items are filed on the clinical screen when you are ready for a consultation or as preview of tomorrows list of appointments. So each healtcare and medical professional can preview the clients wellbeing and know where that client will be as to the coming consultation. 

 NEFERHEALTH offers a confidential  clinical note. All clinical records and clinical notes are secured by NEFERHEALTH cloud services platform. You can file a note as 'confidential' and this is never seen by another healthcare or medical practitioner.

NEFERHEALTH offers telehealth sessiions that have the option to be recorded / filed or not.

NEFERHEALTH clients have the ability to share their clinical health file  with each practitioner only when they select them for an appointments, but any clinical notes marked confidential remain confidential to your log on only.

NEFERHEALTH encourages that the best practice approach is to include a client's preferences; what or whom they want to have in their team.  

NEFERHEALTH seeks to encourage measures as to the value of provider satisfaction in  healthcare relationships.

Life as a health professional is both wonderful and dificult at times. The clinical encounter in 2021 varies  from face to face consultations, to emails and text exchanges, COVID has complicated the relationship again.

A hallmark is seen, as we learn from nearly two years of COVID, personal responsibility and a community spirirt is the new teamwork.

The level of practitioner satisfaction  is now vital in achieving better health outcome for all.  

NEFERHEALTH encourages and provides for secured private 'online forums of like-minded professionals'. As a group of peers we want  informal discussions about cases and sharing of other observations. The Privacy of these practitioner-only forums maintained within a secured logged on session; or if agreed by the participants these recordings are kept with only secured access and audit.

 NEFERHEALTH is a site of active clients who want to work with you in their healthcare team. They want to have more self-responsibility in their healthcare outcomes. The community encourages clients to be more self-determining and with your advice, more confident in staying the course for their best health outcomes.

NEFERHEALTH provides the measures of client-centric outcomes tracking and clinic outcomes to show both client and provider the results of working responsibly in this community of great healthcare relationships. This visual progress is a key to the community in confirming the approach for a particular issue for a client is working.
